Cancellation/prepayment

Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

Non-refundable

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

FREE cancellation

You may cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 60 days before arrival. If you don’t show up you will be charged the total price of the reservation.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome.

Can use a cot upon request free of charge

One child under 12 years is charged EUR 8 per night and will be accommodated in sofa bed.

The 3rd person is charged EUR 10 per night and will be accommodated in sofa bed.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Please note that parking spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.

Please note that the credit card that is used for the booking needs to be present at check-in. When this credit card is not available please bring a photocopy of the credit card with authorization of the owner.

A damage deposit of EUR 10 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card.

You should be reimbursed on check-out.

Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
